Created professional development for teachers to differentiate and individualize to their children’s needs both academically and emotionally. Created a culture of partnership with parents while creating an emphasis on academic excellence to give students agency to identify and develop their personal strengths. Delivers project-based implementation of Math and Science curriculum for elementary and middle school students while handling faculty meetings and performance assessment. Oversees coordination for student leadership projects and events to accommodate dynamic needs of growing school population.

Drafted and implemented curriculums for high school students encompassing a variety of academic topics, constantly aiming to demonstrate cohesiveness between various disciplines and studies.
